Why we exist
Every commercial kitchen has a rhythm: prep before open, the rush through service, the wind-down after close. Grease builds up in that rhythm too, in the hood, up the duct, out to the fan on the roof, whether anyone is watching or not.
Most of the time nobody notices until an inspector does, or worse, until a fire does. Hood Heroes exists to catch it first. We built our process around the one standard that actually matters: would this system pass inspection today, not just look clean from the kitchen floor.
That means cleaning the parts nobody sees as carefully as the parts everybody does. It means showing up overnight so a cleaning never costs a kitchen a shift. And it means leaving behind proof, not just a clean hood, so the next inspection, audit, or insurance renewal is one less thing to worry about.
How We Work

A hood can look spotless on the surface and still fail an NFPA 96 inspection. Our process is built around the standard your fire marshal and insurer actually check, not just what is visible from the kitchen floor.

Crews arrive after close and finish before your next shift starts, so cleaning never costs you service hours.
