What We Do
Six services, hood to rooftop.
Hood Cleaning
Canopy, filters, and plenum stripped to bare metal. This is the core of NFPA 96 compliance and the first thing an inspector checks.
Exhaust System
Hood, duct, and fan degreased in a single visit, a full pass so grease has nowhere left in the system to hide.
Exhaust Fans
Rooftop fans serviced on the same schedule as your hood. They take the brunt of grease buildup and rarely get checked on their own.
Deep Cleaning
Floors, walls, and equipment exteriors. We reach the grease that builds up behind and underneath, not just what daily crews can see.
Pressure Washing
Exteriors, sidewalks, loading areas, and dumpster pads. Grease and grime do not stop at the back door, and neither do we.
Digital Reports
Before and after photos, cleaning documentation, and service recommendations, proof your insurer and fire marshal can both accept on the spot.

What Kitchens Say
Straight from the businesses we serve.
"Our hood looked clean to us, but the inspector found buildup we never noticed. Hood Heroes caught it on the first visit and sent photos to prove it was handled."
Kitchen ManagerDowntown Diner, Raleigh
"The report they leave behind is more thorough than anything a contractor has given us before. Made our insurance renewal a lot less stressful."
Restaurant OwnerRiverside Grill, Garner
"They come in after we close and we've never lost a service hour. Same crew every time, done before morning prep starts."
General ManagerMain Street Kitchen, Clayton
"We called after a fryer fire scare and had someone out within a day. They walked us through everything they found and what it meant for our insurance."
General ManagerFamily Kitchen, Johnston County
"The pressure washing out back finally got rid of grease stains we'd had for years. Inspector didn't say a word about the dumpster pad this time."

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers before you call.
How often should a commercial kitchen hood be cleaned?
NFPA 96 sets minimum cleaning frequency based on cooking volume, from monthly for high-volume operations like wok cooking to annually for low-volume kitchens. Most full-service restaurants fall between quarterly and semi-annual. We confirm your required frequency during a free inspection.
Do you work around our business hours?
Yes. Most cleanings happen overnight after close, so your kitchen is ready to go by the next shift. We plan the visit around your schedule, not the other way around.
Will we get documentation for our insurer or fire marshal?
Every service includes before and after photos and a written service report, ready to hand over during an inspection or an insurance renewal.
What's included in a standard hood cleaning?
The canopy, filters, plenum, ductwork, and rooftop fan are all part of a complete service. We degrease every surface grease can reach, not just what's visible from the kitchen floor.
How much does hood cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on system size, cooking volume, and how long it's been since the last cleaning. We provide a free inspection and a firm quote before any work begins.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. We offer 24-hour emergency service for situations like a failed inspection, an insurance deadline, or a fire department order.
